Help us shape the future and join a selective pilot.
For advocacy organizations that want a more effective way to track legislation, activate members, and prove engagement.
TRACK
Command your campaigns
Monitor legislation across all levels. Get your entire membership alerts when priority bills move. Custom dashboards for your issues.

Constituent Verification
Prove Your Numbers Are Real
Representatives ignore petition signatures and mass emails because they can't verify constituents. Constituent verification proves your members are real voters from their districts. Show them verified constituent counts they can't dismiss as astroturf.
The tools to organize and hold power accountable
Explore Loud Voters
See all of your elected officials in one place across the full stack of government. Loud Voters brings together your federal, state, and local representatives so you can understand exactly who represents you.
That includes the offices people usually struggle to track: school boards, sheriffs and law enforcement leadership, city and county officials, statewide officeholders, and your members of Congress. The point is simple: if they represent you, they are here.
Monitor an elected official's activity in real time from a single dashboard. See the bills they are touching, the public positions they are taking, and the issues they are moving on as events unfold.
Instead of piecing together scattered updates from multiple sources, Loud Voters gives constituents and organizations a live view into what an official is doing right now, so you can respond while decisions are still being made.
The application’s data architecture provides nationwide access to elected officials associated with each voter’s precinct, which is automatically retrieved at verified login. The platform aggregates extensive data resources, including demographic information, contact details, and legislative documents. Examples include: 575 Members of Congress 275,000 Congressional staff members Over 100,000 bills and resolutions 7,400 state legislators 17,000 state legislative staff 217 million registered voters Loud Voters has built integrations with existing congressional communication portals, including Communication With Congress (CWC) and Senate Communication With Congress (SCWC). These portals are typically connected directly to members’ contact management systems, enabling efficient and reliable delivery of verified constituent communications.
Individual personal information and political opinions collected through the application are never sold, shared, or disclosed to anyone other than the elected official addressed in the communication. Users control what personal information is disclosed in each message transmitted to elected officials.
Loud Voters is an affiliate of eGutenbergPress, a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation created to aggregate and amplify voter communication with elected officials through a secure, confidential, nonpartisan SaaS application. The platform is open to all U.S. voters, voter advocacy groups, web influencers, and elected officials. Users enter their name and address, after which the application verifies their voter registration status and precinct number. Once verified, the system automatically configures a personalized network of elected officials representing that voter’s precinct. Users can then engage in secure, confidential two-way communication with their elected officials. Elected officials, in turn, can rely on receiving messages only from verified voters within their districts. The application does not allow fundraising or financial solicitation of any kind. David B. Deniger and Mara-Michelle Batlin are the co-founders of Loud Voters. The development team includes Jason Levine, Trace Baker, Marcin Michniewicz, Johnnie Stinson, Brian Daily, Jason Riggs, Chris Vigorito, Annika More, Victoria Jordan, Julie Wiley, Robert Feldman, and also the team at Precision, including Elizabeth Brown, Aalok Kanani, Daniel Lozano, Dhruv Nanda, Josh Slavin, and Julia Watts.
Why do we exist?
Because advocacy organizations deserve the same tools corporations use to influence legislation.
Voters are frustrated with performative politics, and advocacy organizations are navigating complex, crowded issue landscapes with fragmented tools. Your members are engaged, verified voters—but most platforms treat them like email addresses, not the organized constituent power they represent. Loud Voters gives you the infrastructure to change that: verified identities, legislative tracking, strategic deployment, and measurable results. A serious, trusted way to coordinate constituent power—and make sure elected officials understand what your communities are saying.
