Citizens and officials gathered across a hearing chamber.

Why We Exist.

Our Standard
Representative democracy depends on representatives who know what their voters want, and voters who have a real way to make that known.
First Principles

Not ideology. Not party.

The job of our government is to maintain the conditions in which freedom and justice can prevail — the infrastructure of opportunity in which every American has a real shot at prosperity, where our economy responds to supply and demand.

Where the rules protect all the people, not just the powerful.

That is the standard for democratic governance. The question is whether we as a nation are meeting that standard.

Here & Now

We are not starting from scratch.

We are starting from here and now.

Two hundred and fifty years of history have shaped our political system — and not all change has served us equally. Evolving social norms, access to basic education, racial inequality, and concentrated wealth have shaped our laws and institutions, often to the detriment of those they were intended to serve.

The strength of the American political system is its ability to adapt and self-correct.

Legislation

So, we focus on legislation.

Presidents come and go. Judges come and go. Laws are more persistent.

At every level — local, county, state, and federal — the laws that our elected representatives pass shape American life for decades and bind us long after they are gone.

That is where citizen energy belongs.

Accountability

Forget their party label. Watch their vote.

It is not your elected representatives’ party, background, or donors that determines your quality of life. Not campaign promises. Not talking points.

It is their vote.

Each individual vote either reflects the people of a district on each individual issue, or it does not. That is the unit of accountability in a democracy.

That is what constituents must hold their representatives to.

The Problem

Interest groups and lobbyists have a voice. You do not.

Elected officials respond to pressure. The most organized and persistent pressure has come from lobbyists and special interest groups — not from voters.

In a closely divided legislature, however, it only takes a few members to change an outcome. But voting against their party, against a powerful lobby, or against a well-funded donor takes courage. And courage needs cover.

Cover means evidence — something to demonstrate that the vote reflects the will of the constituency.

Data-based evidence has been hard to demonstrate. Until now.

What We Built

A verified channel between constituents and representatives.

LoudVoters is a nonpartisan technology platform that creates a direct, two-way channel between verified constituents and the representatives who work for them.

LoudVoters uses a series of public data sources to match a user’s name and residential address, confirm their precinct, and identify all elected offices serving that district.

For Voters

A trusted, confidential way to express real positions on pending legislation — not a trickle of form letters pushed through hundreds of individual websites and mail slots, but a single high-volume portal of verified constituent voices that carries actual weight.

For Voter Advocacy Organizations

White-label access to LoudVoters’ back-end APIs and AI agents to run their own campaigns on issues that matter to their membership — with the same verified transmittal flow.

For Elected Officials

A way to know what the people in their district actually want before they vote — real-time evidence, specific, credible, and impossible to ignore.

The key word is verified. When your residency is authenticated — your name, your address, your district mapped to your ballot — it establishes you as a voting constituent and cannot be ignored the way a form letter can.

It becomes a clear signal in a world full of noise.

Why We Built It

Representative democracy depends on one thing above all else: representatives who know what their voters want, and voters who have a real way to make that known.

That feedback loop has broken down. Our technology can help restore it.

Not left. Not right. Just the voice of the voter heard clearly, verified honestly, and impossible to ignore. And to protect the focus of these conversations, we do not allow any fundraising or financial solicitation on the site.

Security & Confidentiality

Getting started is simple.

First-time visitors enter their home zip code. LoudVoters automatically configures a personal home page with elected representatives, trending issues, and active legislation associated with that district.

Browse by issue, bill, advocacy campaign, or individual official, at any level of government. No charge, no login required.

Your voice, verified.

When you are ready to weigh in, hit “Voice Your Opinion.” A transmission begins with a one-time verification by entering your name, home address, and email. LoudVoters will match public records and confirm that you live in the district you are addressing, and that you are a constituent of those elected representatives.

That is what makes LoudVoters different. Every transmittal that reaches an elected representative is verified as coming from an actual constituent in their district — not a bot, not a form letter mill, not out-of-district noise.

Annual verification.

Each year, LoudVoters re-verifies your status by mailing a postcard to your address on record. Scan the QR code, and your verified constituent status renews for another 12 months.

The verification fee, currently $12/year, will be charged for postcard processing to all active users. The fee is waived for the first 12 months after your initial verification — and for all users until we reach 1 million verified voters, after which the postcard verification fee will apply to all new users going forward.

Your privacy is protected.

The contents of every transmittal you send — and any response you receive — are strictly confidential. We will not disclose your use of the site, the contents of your transmittals, or any personal information collected from public sources.

We may share aggregated results for a poll or legislative campaign to publicize levels of support or opposition in a particular matter.

If you choose to participate in an affiliated voter advocacy organization’s campaign, LoudVoters may share your name and email with the organization sponsoring that campaign. No one else.

Team

LoudVoters is a DBA of eGutenbergPress, PBC — a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation organized to support democratic institutions and expand voter participation.

The name is intentional and inspirational. Gutenberg’s printing press did not just change how books were made — it changed who held power. When ordinary people could read scripture for themselves, Martin Luther could argue that forgiveness came from God alone, not from clergy selling indulgences. The church’s monopoly on truth collapsed. The Reformation followed.

Technology that puts information directly in people’s hands has a way of reordering the world.

The printing press did not change the world by itself — it gave people the means to participate at scale for the first time. That is the direction we are hoping for.

David B. Deniger and Mara-Michelle Batlin — husband and wife, and co-founders of LoudVoters — envisioned the platform and, together with GoldenComm and Precision Strategies, set out with one goal: aggregate voter sentiment, amplify constituent voices, and make elected representatives more accessible and accountable to their voters.
