AN ACT relating to K-12 school facilities major maintenance; appropriating funds for major maintenance for the remainder of the current biennium ending June 30, 2026; appropriating funds for major maintenance for the fiscal biennium commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2028; and providing for an effective date.
