AN ACT relating to the administration of the government; reconstituting the office of homeland security as the Wyoming department of homeland security; specifying duties and budget requirements for the department; specifying the transfer of assets, obligations and duties of the office of homeland security to the department of homeland security; making conforming amendments; requiring reports; specifying applicability; and providing for effective dates.
