AN ACT relating to professions and occupations; entering into a compact with other states to allow physical therapists licensed in one compact state to practice in other compact states; specifying terms of the compact; authorizing criminal background checks for physical therapists applying for licensure under the compact; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date.
