AN ACT relating to professions and occupations; authorizing the board of chiropractic examiners to obtain criminal background checks as specified; requiring applicants for licensure and licensees subject to investigation and disciplinary action by the board of chiropractic examiners to submit fingerprints and other necessary information for a criminal background check; specifying applicability; requiring rulemaking; and providing for effective dates.
