AN ACT relating to education; providing definitions; requiring a kindergarten through grade eight (8) public lab school; specifying the purpose of the public lab school; creating a governing board; specifying membership of the governing board; specifying duties of the governing board; specifying enrollment requirements and preferences; specifying funding; requiring reporting; specifying the first year of enrollment; and providing for an effective date.
