The purpose of this bill is to require the West Virginia Board of Education to promulgate a rule that sets forth common graduation requirements for all students as well as additional requirements for the various graduation pathways which include an Academic (College-Preparatory) Pathway, a Workforce Pathway, a Career and Technical Education and Skilled Trades Pathway, and a Military Pathway.
