Changes to the requirements for do not resusitate orders.

The purpose of this bill is to add explicit recognition of Do-not-resuscitate -Comfort Care Arrest (DNR-CCA) and Do-not-resuscitate -Comfort Care (DNR-CC) that is feasible and legally coherent, promoting clearer and more patient-centered care.
