Eliminating the authority of the West Virginia Parkways Authority...

The purpose of this bill is to eliminate the authority of the West Virginia Parkways Authority to issue further parkway revenue, parkway revenue refunding, or special obligation bonds after July 1, 2026. The bill also provides that subsequent to that date, no new bonds may be issued.
