Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 39-20-45, Relating To Enforcement Of Liens Against Occupants Of Self-service Storage Facilities, So As To Allow An Alternative Method Of Publishing An Advertisement Of The Public Sale Of The Personal Property Of An Occupant Who Is In Default.
