Amend Act 1543 Of 1968, As Amended, Relating To The Greater Greenville Sanitation District, So As To Provide The Commission Shall Not Provide Refuse, Garbage, Or Trash Collecting Services Outside Of The Geographic Boundaries Of The District After June 30, 2026, To Provide An Exception For Such Services Provided Pursuant To Certain Existing Intergovernmental Agreements, To Provide The Commission May Develop Certain Property Subject To Certain Use Restrictions, And To Revise The Annexation Authority Of The Commission So As To Increase The Percentage Of Freeholders Required For A Petition To Request Such Annexations. - Ratified Title
