Relating to sex offender classification.

The Act tells the parole board to use a sex offender's previous risk level from outside this state. (Flesch Readability Score: 71.0). Directs the State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision to classify a sex offender who has previously been placed into a risk level in another jurisdiction into the corresponding risk level in this state.
