Allows an Indian tribe to ask the State Board of Education to be the sponsor of a public charter school. (Flesch Readability Score: 63.8). Allows an applicant for a public charter school that is a federally recognized Indian tribe in this state to directly apply to the State Board of Education for sponsorship.
