The Act makes it a worse crime to fly a drone over a correctional facility. The Act says that the court can take away the drone upon conviction. (Flesch Readability Score: 74.7). Increases the penalty for operating an unmanned aircraft system over a critical infrastructure facility that is a correctional facility or youth correction facility. Makes the crime punishable by a maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Provides that, upon conviction, the court shall order that the unmanned aircraft system be forfeited.
