This Act tells ODA to make a model low-impact pesticide list. (Flesch Readability Score: 64.9). Directs the State Department of Agriculture to develop and maintain a model list of low-impact pesticides for use with school integrated pest management plans. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
