Revises provisions relating to health insurance. (BDR 57-731)

AN ACT relating to insurance; revising provisions relating to prior authorization for certain medical and dental care; revising provisions relating to the coverage of autism spectrum disorders for certain persons; prohibiting health insurers from considering the availability of certain public benefits for certain purposes; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
