AN ACT relating to governmental administration; revising the powers and duties of the Office of Nevada Boards, Commissions and Councils Standards of the Department of Business and Industry; revising and imposing various requirements and restrictions on professional and occupational licensing boards under the purview of the Office; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
