AN ACT relating to taxation; revising provisions governing partial abatements of property taxes levied on certain residential rental dwellings; providing for a partial abatement of the property taxes levied on certain residential dwellings if the owner of the dwelling does not impose certain fees or restrictions on companion animals; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
