AN ACT relating to employment; establishing requirements relating to the release of certain information in the Statewide Central Registry for the Collection of Information Concerning the Abuse or Neglect of a Child and the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History to public employers; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
