Ad valorem tax; exempt portion of true value of certain land.

An Act To Provide That If The True Value Of Certain Land Is Determined In A Manner Other Than That For Agricultural Land, The Amount Equal To The Difference Between The True Value Determined For The Land And What The True Value Of The Land Would Have Been If Determined For Agricultural Land, Shall Be Exempt From Ad Valorem Taxation; To Bring Forward Section 27-35-50, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides For The Determination Of True Value Of Property For Purposes Of Ad Valorem Taxation; And For Related Purposes.
