Large Load Customers - Data Centers and Rate Schedule Requirements

Applying certain rate schedule requirements for large load customers to certain data centers; and modifying, from September 1, 2026, to January 1, 2027, the date by which certain electric companies must submit to the Public Service Commission for approval certain rate schedules for large load customers.
