Titles for vintage vehicles. Establishes a procedure for applying for bonded certificates of title for vintage motor vehicles. Requires the bureau of motor vehicles to amend the Indiana Administrative Code to make a conforming amendment. Provides that a person who knowingly or intentionally provides false information to receive a bonded certificate of title commits fraud involving a bonded certificate of title, a Level 6 felony.
