City of Oviedo, Seminole County

Provides exception to general law; authorizes Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco of DBPR to issue special licenses or modify existing licenses for bona fide licensees operating within such entertainment district for sale of certain alcoholic beverages for consumption off premises; provides that special licenses or modifications of existing licenses are in addition to certain other authorized temporary permits; requires bona fide licensees to comply with all other statutory requirements.
