School District Personnel and Volunteers

Authorizies certain volunteers to undergo a specified background screening at the discretion of specified entities; requires district school boards to adopt policy to temporarily remove instructional personnel from classroom; revises offenses committed by certain educational employees that law enforcement must report to specified educational entities; requires instructional personnel & administrative personnel to self-report certain arrests & final judgements within specified time period.
