An Act Concerning Minors And Social Media.

To (1) prohibit any social media algorithm that targets any individual younger than seventeen years of age, including, but not limited to, by tracking such individual's age or telephone number, and (2) prohibit inclusion of a continuous feed in the social media account of any individual younger than seventeen years of age.
