An Act Requiring A Legislative Report And Informational Hearing...

To require (1) the Department of Developmental Services to submit a report concerning the department's efforts to address the finding contained in the most recent report by the Auditors of Public Accounts, and (2) a legislative informational hearing to be held on such report.
