Charitable Gaming Constitutional Amendment

Submitting to the registered electors of the state of Colorado an amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning the conduct of charitable gaming activities, and, in connection therewith, repealing provisions that specify the requirements for conducting charitable gaming and authorizing the general assembly to establish the oversight of charitable gaming in law.
